simple or not

Its fairly simple to build a car today or an airplane.
Its simple and easy to buy fruit at the market from across the world.

For me its simple to do the work I do but then I have 17+ years of experience.
But my experience isn’t a typical 17+ years, its much different than to learn a model and then to apply the model.
What I have done is to understand how for example a phobia works or how NLP was applied to fix it. Then reverse engineered to find out how this works.
I found out when NLP does not work no matter what John Grinder or Richard bandler tells you, I know when due to I dug it up.

I stuck to my guns over the years since I haven’t found any reason not to, in that I developed unique approaches and personal preferences as we all do.
For me its simple, for others not so much.

When eliciting for example a experience its done without previous connections to the past reference the individual uses, then they don’t even understand that first their own experience has changed, and second have no idea it has, as I demonstrated this in the workshops, I told those guys all of you will do that due to having the experience, and knowing you do, is two different things.
I know why that happens, Joseph Riggio doesn’t.

The brain operates trough contexts, which is a highly complicated process since it defines our sense of self, where our focus is located and how it allows a particular perception to be valid, and its not that easy to deal with.

Working with kids is easy, they can deal with a few different realities without breaking a sweat.
Adults however, not so much.
Doing to much to fast, can wreck the best ship ashore. An American reference story.
Doesn’t make much sense here in Sweden.

Reality is when settled done in a physical sense, when changing it will affect hormone levels, it will affect muscles tone and responses, and much will go unnoticed by the individual but in some not so much.
Doing one thing a long time, like living life form a particular point of view, some call it trauma, some call it PTSD some have other names for it, is when the structural format (context)  influences how the individual process time and space.

I took notice, once the individual understands how they do things and why it works the way it does often was enough to force a change in-itself.
Teaching the individual how to access a future context, build a new reality use those responses to go onward is a whole other different approach than to change something.

Change is easy or simple if you want, building a new formulated reality not so much.

There is cultural differences and experiences, social ones, and more to each individual. Family to consider, in a workplace how people respond to each other in the corporate culture, and much more that is a consideration when dealing with one individual a lot more has to be considered when communicating.

Then its not so simple.

Gone

I fell down and my consciousness was transferred to my neighbor I am now 78 years old.
Oh and I thought I had it bad.
In the future, we might be able to download consciousness, to make highly complex patterns and computers replicate our sense of self.

Who are we then?

Is the I or me or self tied to this body and its expression or can it exist independently if so possible?

Is the story told more interactive and sufficient than the true fact?

If I tell a story or stories, as I walked down the beach your brain form responses tho those, that story, tells your brain to follow the words of walking down the beach, but since the story isn’t finished, we keep waiting for where to go.
So now who is in control?

Now some assume oh obviously the unconscious mind is.

The words, create context, a beach and a walk and then assumptions of logic takes over, where to walk?

Its nice with a sense of self, but what is it and what is in control?

I asked myself that after being transferred to my neighbor, I went and visited myself, and I was gone.

Faith the new reality

The main difference doing RBIm is the somatic future access.
This allows you to create new reality and a new experience of life.
Naturally, you cant use your current way to viewing reality as you do that, obviously.

Joseph Riggio call it to “let go” that is how he defines it, that to do X you need Y to be let go.
Meaning what he says he has no idea what it is about at all.
If you ask him about it, let him define it.
He cant, simple as that.
The reason he cant define it is that if he could, he then would do it.

99.999999% of people believe in one reality.
However, each time your shifting context, the reality people have currently shifts.
I got asked in Mohonk 2004 about this Mythoself stuff from a student of it, he couldn’t do it in spite of being a dedicated student going for it.
He told me about it, I asked him a question, he stopped and said, oh! Thanked me and went off.

What we have experience in our life, memories if you like, we assume are real, and to a extent they are but they are all selective chosen for and by us. We like to recall the event that way, for some it have gotten stuck, and some might want to create amnesia to get them removed.

What happens is that consciousness exist for us, we come to terms this is now this present moment, and whenever we are going to do something we think about it. When we think about the future event, we already make a comparison based upon the present felt moment towards the future activity we are about to do, unless we just go on habit and autopilot that is even less pronounced.
What I teach isn’t autopilot stuff, its you actively start to do things to get things going and if you don’t do that, not much will happen.

I ask people to create a future what works for them perfectly.
To create this new context the FutureNow, people have to leave their old thinking behind, to focus their basic attention towards this, to then connect and link up themselves to it.

To become the new future context.

If one does that the brain starts to produce memories, to support the action and new founded context. We can easily state it created a new reality and now we need to support it.
I moved from one apartment to the new, took me 3 months, and then it felt I always lived here. I did that as a study of how long does it take for me to adjust and adapt to this new formed reality?

So, minimum 3 months.
Now obviously if we do nothing else that takes 3 months, we can advance and accelerate it a bit doing the RBIm protocol however.

Context defines us.
Who we are and such questions is for me irrelevant.
That thinking as in Mythoself and other such are based upon religious behaviors and beliefs.

The main base is faith, it has no specific ties to context, that allow us to create a unknown and then believe in it without any proof at all. Its kind of cool, you create a unknown context, believe in it, and then you feel fine about your life as it has meaning for you even if it hasn’t……………..
I ask people to create a better future that is perfect and wonderful for them, to become this new future all we need is to create faith to basically believe in it.

People then tell me excuses and wonderful explanations why it cant happen and be that way due to people like them are damaged or suck at life or are losers.

If people want to believe what they once had as an experience of life and then let their own one remembered event that once did happen to let it rule them and control them and define their life as it is now, instead of designing a new experience of their life and let that define them instead is beyond me.

I asked people who believe their life is like that and questioned their memory, until they changed it, due to them now understood the event differently, the memory stop holding them back. In other words they did a re-framing of their own memory due to they now could understood their own experience differently. A counterargument.

The understanding however doesn’t change the event, it still did happen as it did happen, the way our brain creates reality is to pay attention on some very small portion of our contextual references.

The somatic system or vestibular system is part of that creation of the contextual reference but as what I can conclude it co-exist with the cognitive portions of the brain and to bypass all that, we must focus towards a defined future experience we call FutureNow here.
The current focus is likely on ho we have had it up to now, we define us today by our present environment our current actions that brought us to this point.

Not happy with current choices or situation, we then start to find information that allow us to fix it.
However people seek information, not action.
People believe they one day will read enough information that it will give them the answers.
Take note that is faith in action just misdirected.

Hope is faith.
Dreams is faith.
Desire is faith.

However as the starting position stays the same, contextual reference and focus of it hasn’t changed, we don’t get anywhere except one day we might if I read enough self help books and collect enough information about NLP, 3Dmind, meta-states, Mythoself, RBIm etc…

Faith in action.

And naturally those people doing this, don’t think about themselves as religious due to Faith is a universal experience of the comparison mode. Its how our brain works.

The brain also need a feedback system so it contains order so it doesn’t get nuts, so it works with a solid foundation with stability.

I sat down in the sand, still warm from the suns radiation and as the sunset moved on I looked at the waves crushing towards the shore, I listened to them, as I did so, I found it relaxing to just sit there listening to the waves and as I let the sand play with my toes the sun lowered in the horizon and darkness fell. I hoped I see the sun tomorrow.
I stood up and walked towards the fire that gleamed in the dark, the shadows danced, the naked truth stood there with death in hand. Wanna play? they asked me and I smiled and sat down.

Learning new..

Just because we do a FutureNow doesn’t mean we can assume oh I can do it now.
If I set to be a concert pianist playing some nice Beethoven or such I bet none wanna stay and listen no matter how good it feels for me.

Having a future experience even if real for the individual wont make them having it if they don’t have the skills with it.

A skill is for example, communicate to someone and understand their world map, what goes on in them and what they can and what they cant communicate.
That is a complex skill and yet we all have it just not often done into such level where your able to understand the nuances in expressions.

An important skill is to make a good decision,  then be able to be sensitive to that information and experience one wants to have when its there and choosing to keep on doing it in spite of life not trowing straight balls.

What is a good decision for you today?
How do you feel when your making decisions aligned with the desires you have about your everyday life?
How to stay “true” to your nature?
That is also a skill.

I meet people who basically come to believe things and how they are today, their reality and their perception of it as far. I can analyze what they think, how they do it, why they do it and what they do in a short time. I can also influence them to think in a different way and much so in any way conceivable as communication people have about the world and how they experience it is often out of their own awareness.
I got a responsibility to find a way for them that makes them going where they need to go within their own set future, and to get them to understand the difference between current actions and future actions and to shift their experience from what context they organize from.

Shifting reality isn’t easy.
Its always done in relation to organize contexts differently within the defined experience.
That takes skills.

Learning a skill takes time, lot of intense quality practice, using high quality feedback without focusing on to much talk what to do instead of doing.
Learning to access the somatic system to take note what it is and what it is like is a crucial skill in RBIm. Its so important I do Intu-flow every day due to the effect of intu-flow but also to practice my Intention, my focus and my attention.

Talk don’t get you anywhere, action does.
Thinking don’t get you anywhere, understanding does.

The somatic system is a different way to experience life from, due to the combined effort of cognition into the contextual creation, people cant think around it nor talk about it, its a non thinking way to get there, but if we want to have it, we got to do it not think.

To get people from a main representational perception and experience of reality towards a join venture with the somatic system is though due to people think who they are, is separate from their context and reality. Their way of using feedback to confirm their current status is believed to be real which is just one option of many. Any experience can be had for real, happiness, flow, dancing and singing and smelling the flowers, and acting from such experience of life allows a different evaluation to happen a different response to the exact same situations once reacted to and responded to, now is evidently different.

Same events, totally new responses.

I ask, so what if you had learned that skill then what?
If you have a perfect day and future then what?
If your happy forever then what?

I don’t care about people telling me they cant have it, its of no importance to me having people telling me it cant be done as I done it and seen other doing it.
I don’t care about people feeling inadequate about themselves or others.

I once again ask them the same fucking questions, what if you had learned that skill then what?
If you have a perfect day and future then what?
If your happy forever then what?

The brain has to know where to go.
It cant have any new experience until you start going there.
It has to start producing a new reality.
It cant do that unless your coming with it and become the new context.

And leave everything else behind.

However, the individual got to do that action themselves they got to choose, I dont do it for them.
If you want that unconsious route, go see Joseph Riggio, Richard bandler, John grinder, Robert Dilts or any such tool. They will make you feel bypassing any choice you have about becoming consious. They dont make you to decide this or that, they belive they are so good calibrating and doing things their way and they will make the choice for you.

I do belive in the premise of choice and your the one making it.

Learning new

Just because we do a FutureNow doesn’t mean we can assume oh I can do it now.

Today I spent my day hitting balls again to fix my backswing.

Old position showed,

 

 

 

 

New desired position showed.

I set FutureNow as the organizing factor, hit 70 balls before I felt it started to get there.
In the end, I had done a ton of adjustment to get this where I wanted it to be.

When practicing, I do one swing, take note of feedback if it match desired, if not, adjust hit one more. I do for each shot mapping the vestibular level so the effect was after 70 balls this started to feel familiar and I started to do that with ease.

I stopped doing the old motion and did the new.

Normally this take a few weeks, months even.
If you done things for a long time the idea people have about change its take long.

Golf swing skill

Just a clarification what is the differrence between the ways you mentioned to use the FutureNow?

Goal: range session golf. Criteria -find a basic solid swing. (FutureNow applied)
Setup: Pay attention when doing it right, adjust until it “happens” map somatic marker Contextual reference when it happens.
Process: each shot or each swing is done within the same FutureNow context find a basic solid swing. Each swing is addressed within feedback, was it the right perfect solid swing? If not, adjust hit another shot, NO FUTHER ANALYSIS OR FEEDBACK DONE from that shot.
In this I simply wait until my swing match what I set up in the futurenow and when it does, map it and do that until it simply works the same each time.

I could have done this,
Goal: Use FutureNow and criteria, Hit a perfect swing each time.
That will work well also with the above process the main difference is the above what I did today is my personal preference to do things. 15 dec I was at range, found proper tempo and had my internal contextual marker at specific place.
Next range dec 26 I found at the end I did the same marker as the previous 15 dec.

Today’s session, as I end up with a better tempo, the same internal marker for the tempo as previous sessions but this time the swing was even better due to technical adjustment and I now had 3 sessions where the same thing was present when doing the proper tempo.

Next session, will be focused on that marker of my tempo, FutureNow applied to do that from start of session and then I will apply the technical thing I want to work on within the same set of basic solid swing.

If you ask me, am I aware of anything else while I hit each 70 balls?
No.
I am aware of the somatic preference or vestibular reference when swinging, after I set up, kick started the swing, its just that I am aware of, nothing else, requires high Intensity due to I am doing the so called Deep practice/focus.

I don’t just bang balls, each shot is individually mapped against my desired FutureNow experience.
Once that happens, I keep on doing it. Why I do this is to find out if I change one variable how it affect the result. I don’t have time to start over so I make sure I am doing things right.
Its my personal preference in how to find out how this works for me, I don’t have a trainer to ask and check me, I got to make that myself.

Since I now identified the internal somatic or contextual reference that is present when I do the proper tempo, that be my next range session starting point, the reason is I got enough evidence to support my upcoming technical adjustment, I can now leave the tempo part of my swing and focus on other things. One is to get the following to happen,
to be more upright in the back swing, here is driver, it was a good swing, but I am still to flat with my shoulders at the top of my back swing with driver. Black line not desired, red is where I want it to be.

This is due that my left arm is turning the wrong way.
I now will focus my next session towards getting the arm turning into the proper position.
If I want to play pro golf, I need to work the kinks out, and make it solid swing first, as tempo is the key criteria I work on to identify first, as I know this if I am able to do perfect tempo I can play pro golf with ease, without it I be struggling.
I now identified that tempo.

Its now time to fold the other flaws into more proper positions which is the next thing I be working on.

I can now focus to fix my positions in the technical area without risking to loose my tempo and solid basic swing, it now works and I own that.

A Perfect get this away strategy

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a perfect strategy a perfect way to accomplish anything?
The only one I have found is set a lofty often visionary goal and do small things each day until you get there.

Einstein didn’t make his relativistic theory until he was able to learn math to properly explain what he found and how awful it would have been if he had given up on math. If he would have then the nuclear bomb never would have happen in that time frame and the world would been different, we all might have spoken Japanese or Russian as a second language instead of English.

Donald Trump was broke and downhill and recently he built a golf course for 100 million dollars or so. Doing small things daily allows you to do at least 365 or so actions every year, if you double that you do 730 attempts each year.
Its not the big things that leads to success, sure it can be a breakthrough but often that has happen trough various things like a invention or a mistake, penicillin did happen due to a mistake in the lab and someone curious why things didn’t grow.
The razor blade as someone suddenly got an idea.

Its the small things done often.

I started doing NLP once, and dug into how a phobia worked, how modeling was done and this was before I had any education at all in NLP all I did know come from books.
I had a passion and curiosity to back me up.
This didn’t mean I got the answer to things as I often stumbled in the dark, I had clients I had no idea how to help, I had clients that told me they were gonna die and kill themselves unless I helped them, I had anorectic clients, I had successful people making millions a year I did it all.
I wasn’t sitting there helpless, I did things, I tried things and if I couldn’t do it with what I did knew and could do, I found way to make things happen.

I always wondered why I could elicit a experience as taught by Joseph Riggio back in 2003 but the client could not understand they had a new experience. I knew asking him was of no good due to him had no answer to it.

I dug on, did things small things often and I remember those people, when what I did worked and when what I did didn’t work and I worked to find out why this did happen why that did happen.
I found that learning a skill is about putting oneself into the FutureNow contextual experience and then identify as one practice what one wants to learn the smallest common demonator in the somatic reference. That allows a skill increase due to the context is kept the same over time.
I asked, is reality and how its created an answer to a few of the things I been wondering about?
Can we make and access a portion of our future experience and its context in such a way we can create and speed up the learning curve?

One such way is to,
find a rolemodel someone who is doing it.
Find someone who is learning to do it but haven’t mastered it yet.
Implement a good futureNow reference.
Do things as often that is possible.
Use effective feedback based on the performance/skill you want to have.

Obviously, the quality of feedback, the source of the somatic interference while one does it, how to measure the steps as one does it towards the futurenow outcome.

But the main thing is, you must do things and start doing small things every day is key.
Start each morning with for example, I want to have my own business or I want to be happy, or I wanna be making tons of money so I can travel to China.
Now, even if none of the above is true, asking and thinking about it every morning even if you don’t believe it will ever happen, but that is what focus does to us, our brain don’t give a rat ass if  what we think is true or not, imagined or not, it cant decide the difference, only you can – Not your so called elusive unconscious mind that if you ask me is the biggest mistake people did in NLP do further support that idea and I blame Richard bandler and John grinder and the other people assuming it is there.

Its not.

I done Intu-flow since April last year daily, soon a year, I started recently doing daily small workouts every day, and I do little not much due to how current conditions is for me.
Focus where to go, is highly important either if its true, possible or probable and even impossible.

I however agree, its easier to think its never going to work out, that its better to spend time depressed and watching TV reality soaps every day.

Its easier.

I work to make RBIm available to anyone.
I want it to be as easy and simple as eating candy or watching a TV soap opera.
I want that someone who is depressed, out of luck and simply shitty their life suck so much ass you cant even believe it and they will read this thing, then even if they don’t believe it, start to apply their focus towards the first step of RBIm, then the second step then the third step and then suddenly slowly their life simply isn’t the same anymore.

They found their perfect getaway strategy.
They stand in their own eye of the storm, they decide this is what I do and am.
Today and tomorrow they might change it but then they change it due to them now are in charge of their own life as it starts to work for them.

I call what I do Legendary Awesomeness.
It suits me, its what I believe that anyone is capable of in their own field either it be growing a family or deciding to invent a free source of energy or to jump higher and faster or to create a time machine.

I have this foolish idea to qualify for the local golf pro tour you know silly isn’t it at age 48 and playing golf for 24 years and sucking at it. I wanted to win the local club championship since 2003 and my best attempt is a third place. I haven’t given up on that but I don’t sit still watching the same TV soap opera, I find new ways to make it happen.
Early December I finally got the swing and understood it, and now I know that I be able to swing in a way that allows me to get things done to get there.
I still got work to do, good thing I don’t need much in golf due to spending time with the swing I have mastered other parts of the game, I also have spent time with people playing pro golf and watching them play. I know what it takes.

I am applying RBIm on the golf swing, I am applying RBIm to the practice, I am applying it to whatever I do.
The more I apply it and do it, things get even better.

Legen[waitforit]dary Awesomness

I wanted to find something that allowed me to understand my own brain why I thought the way I did and why I felt and reacted the way I did. I have high IQ, its not over 200 on their scale but then again I might not fit in their way they measure things due to quantify IQ is done trough measuring the logic and stuff we pattern.

Today, I found it.
Not exactly today, a few months ago.

What I found is amazing.

My work is complete I now understand why I think the way I do, why I feel and why I behave the way I do.
I can now shift the way I think, they way I feel and how I behave and I can do so in seconds or minutes if desired.

I want you to have access to that also to be able to create Legendary Awesomeness for yourself.
I wanted a evolutionary way to design the future and create reality on the fly.

I built such a tool.

The PDF to the point is one step towards it and I spent 2 years here writing about my research.
Its there and there is a ton of promise in it.

The reason Roye Fraser couldn’t teach what he did so anyone could get it and do it was due he didn’t have what I have. The same reason Joseph Riggio have the same troubles within his heritage from Roye. The same reason NLP and other technologies is severally behind the curve of change and design of reality.

I want you to be able down the line create and build for you the legendary awesomeness structure so the quality of life simply put becomes extraordinary.
