Golf: Meeting goals

Yesterday I failed big time with the driver shots.
All other clubs worked well.
Today I brought my older driver and killed the ball.
Even if you fail make sure its big.

I was able to switch and hit my new driver good also but as far I couldn’t just make the swing since the club weight makes me loose the touch and timing.

However, this day I found I was just making the swing and hitting it long. The way I am making the shots and swinging and doing things as I do now, I never been able to do. I am now entering the experience I wanted to have all along with the goal I set couple years back, now I can do what I set out to do.

Once courses open up it be fun out there.

RBIm: Mind maps

Ever done a mind map?

Its a way you put something you want to recall in the middle and then add connections to it trough association.

Put something in the middle you want, then use the NOTNLP protocol to add what is there and what isn’t there, this approach will allow you to keep this sorted and separated as your doing the mindmap. It simply allow a visual reference as your doing the eliciting.

Some people assume meta-states is a good model and also correct, no it isn’t. There are no “states”. Creating a experience that utilize the future use a different feedback loop. Since it has not happen yet, what is going on right now is a present to present and often a projected to happen that into the future outlook. Most commonly used.

We change it to, future to present. Meaning what did happen, even if failure simply isn’t traded along.

I spent yesterday hitting all my golf clubs pretty much where I wanted, except driver. The driver is simply not working for me. I cant make the body to do the motion with the driver. I do hit the other clubs longer though, my spoon is now consistently hitting marks I had with driver 2 years ago.

So what goes on?

Its a combination of things, likely the shaft and club head of the driver is to light and of the wrong flex for me. I will bring my old driver today, to find out how it works for me. If that works then I might be able to overlap that to the other one. If not, I likely need a new shaft or even a new club head.

Lesson is, just because the computer does not work does not mean the user have something to do with it, sometimes stuff does not work and it has nothing to do with us. In Golf the new tech is lighter than before, in the old days they use heavier wood in heads and shaft, this then become steel shafts and wood heads, that allowed the golfer to feel things. Some of the new tech is simply to light to provide proper feedback.

Make sure you do proper feedback that is accurate. Just because things sucks does not mean you do. Many use that pattern however. So I failed yesterday with the driver big time. I also knew I could use spoon and the rest of the clubs just fine to play my home course. It wont be enough for a longer course and from back tee, but I figure I find a way during summer.

I am able to do things right with the other clubs which obviously shows I am able to do things right.

Anyhow, there are no states, what happens is that the brain coordinates stuff based upon contexts.

Past to present project into the future? Contexts due to time is context. The individual use past references how they did things and experience events, to then assume this holds true in the future actions and events. (causality) (Generalization) Now if you have the wrong data, then you will delete anything that the above does not cover. NLP people cant understand RBIm for example.

Using a future to present projects a desired action to happen in the present based upon your own criteria. To have that experience, once might need to elicit the future experience but its not all that needs to be done due to sometimes people need to sort out their strategy doing the future contexts they want, and then a mind map can be useful to apply with the NOTNLP pattern.

Since the brain shuffles and creates ongoing perceptions, due to reality is always created we can alter and shift this if we direct things differently. Its not enough for most to just create a image or do a visualization, and then elicit the experience associated with that due to holding that experience will be a challenge for most. We can if we do a mind map and asking what is there and what is not there, created the desired strategy for this to work. I am pretty good with following instructions, and I find when I do that that the instructions I been given in for example the Mythoself model or such that they simply don’t work the way they are instructed. A lot of hypnosis is needed to cover it up. The brain connects or links different contexts to each other and then a desired event or action can happen. Means if we alter one, it will take some time before its solidified and useful since it takes x amount of time before the connection is stable and strong enough.

This can be seen when one does elicit the experience, the individual is unaware their own experience is now different. They cant perceive it.

This did bother me, so I wanted to understand what was going on since Joseph Riggio, Richard Bandler, John grinder, John la Valle, Robert Dilts and God had no idea.

There is a check of and in between two contexts, which indicate if the individual will be able to do it and use it. If the contexts isn’t separable and the experience happens there is no difference for the individual, however their own processing is different and reality along with it. They simply don’t notice the difference. One can imagine this cause troubles for a lot of people and also the people doing things with it. I took note a Richard Bandler trained NLP Trainer could not calibrate to what I did back in 2004. That did mean not even Richard bandler could take note of this. If he been able to able to, his student would been able to take note and calibrate to but he didn’t due to the HUGE deletion he did. So if he wasn’t able to, his student wouldn’t be able to.

My students of NLP asked me why those other students they met from other NLP Trainers sucked so much doing NLP. I said, well you were trained maybe of one of the few who really can do this stuff. But since I didn’t write books, spend time traveling the world, and was mentioned in any of the big events at least in a good way, people have a hard time understanding how good their education was.

In a iconic experience there is both representation and vestibular.
Once you do a mind map and use the NOTNLP pattern doing it, you find out why.

Golf: goals

I expect this year to be able to shoot under par and reach a 3 under index (8 currently).
I base that on the swing I got now and the level of shots I am able to do. I can get to 4.5 index without competing. Its been a much longer way that I thought, one due to needed to change my swing two times during this period.

Current ballstriking level are at 3 index or so.
If the latest tweak works I expect it to be zero.

Then its all about waiting  to course opens up and go out there and deliver.
No pressure.

RBIm: awakening

Experience or if we talk self we can ask what it is. (No answer follows)
Asking what self is, has been a long millennium question.

Experience and context obviously are different, sometimes they are the same and sometimes they are not the same. Its highly confusing.

“The Caterpillar and Alice looked at each other for some time in silence: at last the Caterpillar took the hookah out of its mouth, and addressed her in a languid, sleepy voice.
‘Who are you?’ said the Caterpillar.
This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation. Alice replied, rather shyly, ‘I — I hardly know, sir, just at present — at least I know who I was when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.’
‘What do you mean by that?’ said the Caterpillar sternly. ‘Explain yourself!’
‘I can’t explain myself, I’m afraid, sir’ said Alice, ‘because I’m not myself, you see.’
‘I don’t see,’ said the Caterpillar.
‘I’m afraid I can’t put it more clearly,’ Alice replied very politely, ‘for I can’t understand it myself to begin with; and being so many different sizes in a day is very confusing.’ “

Once self happens around age 4, its due to the brain has matured the latest development, others follows at around age 8 and later in puberty and an adult can be said to happen after age 20 or so.

The self is hardly containable, if we ask what it is the answer is highly confusing, if we however ask how we create self or why a self exist we get different answers.

The present moment is a self organizing process, awareness and consciousness happens due to the focus of attention allows the organization to happen as a ongoing process.

Once that baseline shifts, the individual also shift reality without even understanding that reality has shifted. Then if we ask the same individual before and after we get two different answers and since both are right and true many would argue they are not especially the same individual who did the shift. People simply doesn’t get that kind of transformation at all, people believe consciousness is needed to do a change, to be aware, well it isn’t, sometimes we change due to circumstances of context and the way people respond to context follows along.

I made a shift of the golf swing for a golf pro, 3 weeks later he is able to do the new one and feels like he always done the new one. He looks at the other way and thinks he could never swing that way. 3 weeks when people tell me it takes 2 years. If I did this with a beginner the whole process of the game of golf would take around 3 years for pro status. Some parts of the golf game has nothing to do with the swing but other stuff that simply put you need the time put in.

Why can someone who did one swing for 20 years one day simply not be able to state that he could never imagine themselves to do that?

People have no clue how their own reality is a ongoing creation right now.

For most that doesn’t seem true, for them reality is the same, it doesn’t change from one week to the next, they think my statement is some voodoo new age crap. Until they try to make their own ongoing present and when they cant do it with me they crap their pants and run home to mom.

I could tell you my adventures — beginning from this morning,’ said Alice a little timidly: ‘but it’s no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then.’
‘Explain all that,’ said the Mock Turtle.
‘No, no! The adventures first,’ said the Gryphon in an impatient tone: ‘explanations take such a dreadful time.’

If we have a ongoing process and don’t know that its ongoing, then its safe to assume people have no idea if this is real or not. That is exactly what happens, people assume this is real as it seems like so, their memory kicks in, unless they do drugs then things are not so easy.

How can self exist, when it didn’t when we were born? I find religion at best laughable. I find the statement of a blueprint as a child in mythoself as laughable.

If there isn’t any context for it, then consciousness doesn’t happen.

Then self don’t exist.

“The psychology of self is the study of either the cognitive and affective representation of one’s identity or the subject of experience. The earliest formulation of the self in modern psychology derived from the distinction between the self as I, the subjective knower, and the self as Me, the object that is known.[1]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychology_of_self

Once identified with context, this formulate the self.

The source if produced internally allows the two sources of self to extend the same expression.

The me and I are extensions of the age 4 process, once the VAKOG and the separation of others happens the individual spend time adapting to society. Its expected of us to behave appropriate.

I like Saw, its a movie series of choice.

People have little to no understanding of their own experience nor creation of reality, once a eliciting of a experience is made, no anchors of any issue or problematic context can fire of or change the current experience, simply out you don’t need to believe me about that you can go to someone else if you argue about that since if you don’t know how that is like you cant simply understand my work and what I do.

Its like going to the moon and back and then being accused to never gone there by some conspiracy guy. At 2.45 in the video you can see Buzz Aldrin punching a guy due to him being stupid.
“The conspiracy theorist tried to sue Aldrin but the judge threw out the case.”

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/07/20/buzz-aldrin-punches-moon_n_241664.html

Of course people think the moon landing never happen and that Elvis is alive or Michael Jackson or some other guy or girl.

People can create reality and come to believe its real also.

No difference for me when I talk to people I know they run a reality and I simply put don’t agree with it being real at all and of course they try to tell me how real it is and I go, sure it is go tell Richard Bandler I said hi.

What 99.9% of the people does is to shift consciousness a lot every 30 seconds or so.

Very few can be moody a longer time.

Since most are shifting a lot there is often little point to talk about what I do, due to the requirements isn’t there to get it.

As I teach my sisters kid the golf swing, he can improve pretty much without much effort, and he just needs to do it. He follows instruction. If he did need to attend the feedback at the same time he would do two things at the same time which is what most people try to do. Teaching dyslexics to spell better and read better is the same, they are indulging themselves with two processes at the same time and instead of doing one they do two. They don’t know the right way to do it so they learn to cope with what they have which obviously don’t work that well. For them and their parents it seems like magic doing this that I do then.

I had one guy, in one session he went from D grades to B grades in one week. His friends assumed he cheated obviously.

Learning to do the RBIm drill works the same way, people try to do two things at the same time instead of matching the intended result following instructions.

Since this is really common trying to understand things while doing it wont allow you to get it.
Running the RBIm process is simple pretty much a few minutes.

In the awakening of self – silence is ensured.

RBIm: Comparison mode extended edition.

“We finally arrived on the shores of Africa… One morning, I shot an elephant in my pajamas. How he got in my pajamas I don’t know.” — (Groucho Marx, from the movie, “Animal Crackers”, 1930 )

A psychologist tells this story about how do you fix a free floating anxiety?

The NLP guru Richard Bandler talks about context specific generalizations vs general ones and also stated in NLP structure of magic 1 that we respond to the map we created about the world, that is NLP. He also likes to explain generalizations as the way we know how to turn a knob on a door to open or close it. Cool, explain what that is and how it works since I cant understand that example from him.

“[The Mouse said,] ‘…the patriotic archbishop of Canterbury found it advisable —‘ ”
“Found what?” said the Duck.
“Found
it,” the Mouse replied, rather crossly:  ”of course you know what ‘it’ means.”
“I know what ‘it’ means well enough, when
I find a thing,” said the Duck: “it’s generally a frog, or a worm.”
(From Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, by Lewis Carroll)

Once you meet a psychologist you find their language about what happens inside the head has labels like, ego, super id etc…and once you meet an NLP you hear the questions and stuff that happens. NLP happens as a measurement of the response you have to the environment. There its all about your response to the mental map you created and how to change it. If we engage the brain to keep track of one context, then the outside world doesn’t kick in and change or in simple terms the response to the event the mental map does not happen.

1. Cross generalization or anxiety happens due to the individual is having a iconic experience of the event active or in presently the now. Then they generalizable that across contexts so anything is now anxiety or worry.

2. The next phase is those that don’t generalizable across context those that has a phobia response, and its only happening once a spider is there or height or such.

For them the fear is specific to that context.

Then the rest is a blend between the above two.

The anxiety is then the symptom not the problem in case 1 due to the problem is the active experience they have now that creates the anxiety in response to something else. You then find a context specific event and response once you dug that out then NLP will work applied to that. Reason why NLP works well with phobias due to the specific context.

So the answer is to build a iconic experience fully internally generated and controlled, that then can be applied to any context specific or not. Once you built that, peace of mind some wants, others want flow, or efficiency, or happiness, then its always there. There are some guidelines obviously, that its future oriented, meaning the experience always refresh itself due to being new, not a rehearsed old one even if it was a millisecond ago. People have beliefs from their social and cultural heritage that science and people who are experts says its impossible to have the same experience for a long time due to the neurons will flatten out and the experience will vanish.

For others the peace of mind or such starts to affect the outside world so their either conform to the pressure and accept the social construct offered by others who feel bad a lot, or they shift friends and even move to stay true to their peace of mind.

Its a choice.

Can I program people like Joseph Riggio does to just have their new experience without any clue what just did happen? Yes, I don’t do it as I find such approach highly unethical. You want bliss and a smile go see Joseph, he will do it to you.

Once the brain has built the comparison mode create awareness of contexts specifically from the individual is now separate from the rest. This now depends a lot on the culture what will happen, some cultures like Italian, Asian, south America, Iraq and others who build a bond between family and others can create some “we” feeling a band of brothers belonging. In others the separation from bonding creates havoc and they feel isolated and alone. We have this saying that kids that stays home and never goes anywhere become isolated and also start living like that. For them they seem to have no choice which also happen to the bonding community, if your not one of us your one of them. Whoever them might be.

Iconic experience allows you to have a different operating option, you can choose to ignore or not what happens outside yourself or inside, and continue running the experience. Meaning what people call anchors wont fire off any old experiences in spite of them are within the context that normally should make that happen which people often after comment they don’t understand how that didn’t happen and then try to force the problem to happen again instead of take the option of, can I have this new experience forever?

Yes.

The more awareness the individual has or animal, the more are they able to create a new sphere of experience where the old one simply doesn’t work anymore. Dogs if one control the contexts will go insane sooner or later if one limits their options. A human being will also tend to follow the dog. Seen in ww2 camps where hundreds of Jews was marched and killed on a line with only a few guards. Why didn’t they fight? Responding to context first and foremost without choice.

They then generalize that and projected that as they had no future. Learned hopelessness.

As I stated, the ongoing creation of current reality is always going on. Once the individual learns to direct their attention and keep the contextual experience then they always have choice. Who we are is attention, once its linked up, connected to a context, then we either are identified fully with it and become one with it the being or we respond to it or a mix between the two. People assume once we identify with a context, becoming who we are then, that it means nothing else gets trough but then your options and choices are responding to what you then are, then choice and action is easy.

If using a simple analogy, you can then drop a ball on a surface bouncing back due to the ball always hit a surface (Experience). Where the ball bounces depends on what force was applied to it (context). Similar is, once the world press upon us to make a choice, we bounce to either stay true to the surface we created (Experience) or indulging in another either way you live with the consequences.

RBIm: A letter from Martin

Background: Martin is a old NLP student of mine he attended the latest workshop of RBIm. I sent him the short version of RBIm over mail to find out how that would work out for him.
He works with programming stuff digital one and zero’s. I asked him to write a short letter of what he did.

Learning the RBIm Process

My experience with learning the RBIm process has been a bit of an adventure in it’s own way but that’s because I’m really good at stepping into pitfalls, and if there are none I make some up to step into. Today I woke up feeling chewed up and spat out by what I think is the flu. I established an experience of inner peace and harmony and soon my body relaxed and I started to really enjoy my existence so I just went about with my day feeling excellent. I still feel that I’m sick but it doesn’t get in my way. This I couldn’t do a few weeks ago.

This particular adventure started a while back when Robert answered a mail to me with new instructions for doing the RBIm process. I looked it over and thought cool, I’m going to try this. And it was really simple. I did by no means succeed my first few tries but I felt there was something right and simple about it all so I just stuck with doing it at least once a day. During this time I kept sending heaps of mails to Robert who, being a man of seemingly infinite patience, kept answering my questions.

I started to get results pretty early on but I still didn’t feel confident with the process and it took a few pitfalls before I started to increase my success rate. The first pitfall was knowing the future experience in beforehand. That won’t work. You can’t know it since it’s in a new context and you aren’t there yet. Easily resolved. Just realize that you can’t know and live with it. A related pitfall is after you have the new experience to check if it is what you wanted. Ridiculous. What you wanted is from the old context and to check you need to compare and you’re screwed. The resulting experience is always something new and when you learn to trust the process this won’t be an issue. The second pitfall was that I wanted to know what was going on while I was doing the process. Then I remembered that this is a sure way of getting in the way of yourself. Drop any urges to control and micro manage what’s going on. Just do the process and let it naturally happen. When I think about it all my pitfalls was pretty much variations of the above. I’ve spent years and years being messed up with lots of personal problems trying to solve them by analyzing what’s going on. Not the way to go about this. I also noticed at one point I tried to create a new experience in the old context, being sloppy with how I defined it. If it’s a new context you aren’t there yet.

The more I succeeded with the process the more old assumptions went out the window and a lot of questions became irrelevant. I started to understand the material on the blog in new ways and that’s just lovely. Roberts answers to my questions helped with this of course but some answers won’t make sense until you have enough experience. If I ever wondered why the RBIm drill should be practiced it became apparent now. Lots of action going on in the vestibular sensory channels. I would strongly recommend the RBIm drill and Intu-Flow to anyone pursuing the RBIm way of life. Actually I would recommend at least Intu-Flow regardless of what’s pursued.

All in all the format is really simple and if you have been doing your homework training the vestibular senses you will likely get good results pretty fast and discover some cool things on the way. I still don’t get results 100% of the time but it’s going easier and faster and I’m just getting started. When I don’t get result I just drop it and try again later.

Peace out,
M

RBIm: word from Bruce Lee

JKD or Jeet Kune Do did happen as a result of becoming formless as water one of the Tao lessons. Bruce Lee as a name and iconic figure didn’t just fight on screen as he was a great thinker also. His own system Jun Fan Gung fu is different from JKD which is a sorting system that you use to suit and adapt the style for you by you.

NLP for example founded the methodology on the VAKOG and the representations people do and the language people then used to express those symbols of images, sounds and feelings. What is an internal dialogue, and with whom are we talking to? I don’t know, then who is it that don’t know?

NLP people say speed it up if the voice bothers you, slow it down if its a good one. The alteration of submodalites was the logical next step from the VAKOG model with language and words expressing what we can see or not. Its about how we represent they say. Its the finger pointing to the moon focusing on that and missing all that heavenly glory.

Now, NLP stopped evolving after the submodality charge.

Since 1982 there haven’t been much if any progression of NLP.

NLP is based upon modeling excellence, what currently is view as excellence or such. DHE tried to design such excellence using deep trance hypnosis tools. NHR is another attempt to fix issues using hypnosis.

Roye Fraser went another route, he found this action he couldn’t describe using NLP. Mythoself was founded blending in the myth work of Campbell.

Once I studied this I run the new model vs NLP and match it up.

What happens once you focus attention doing the RBIm drill?
Some might slowly be able to take note their access has happen which btw is an action you make happen, its created it cant happen by accident. So, you just created a new experience, linked up to the vestibular system, and since yours till using old thinking you try to label this new experience. Its like people asking what the key maker was in the movie Matrix, what is he doing there? A lot of American kids never understood that due to he was the key maker he made keys. Its an alien concept for a westerner, that you just make keys nothing else.

So labeling what you just made happen is a understandable trait, but doing so activated the comparison mode, so now your using the old knowledge to understand the new knowledge.

Missing the point and the heavenly moon.

Now a circus happens a merry go round looping things infinity in recursive mode.

Most keep their old context, they cant let go, just use faith and move on.

So, they make conclusions based upon a flawed approach that this didn’t work. The way I said it works. Its easy to make such mistakes and come to believe it doesn’t work when one didn’t completely embraced and become water formless and shapeless.

RBIm: Dreams to be true

Ever daydreamed?

Your staring out into the air maybe become awake and then asked where you was. Now some call that hypnosis, I call it focus and attention. Did you know if you focus on things you want those things tends to become more likely to have?

Yea I know stupid me obviously right!

How come then people don’t focus on the things that does work?

If I am so stupid why then?

Focus on a nice sunny day, it might be one here or not, one might come up one day. Now, spend a few moment thinking and focus on a sunny day. Sooner or later you will either drift of into day dreaming or start thinking about other things. 99% of people start thinking about other things and the 1% who sticks with it get more sex and success than the other 99%.

Who do you call stupid now?

The above is shown in experiments how easy people move away in their thinking, to focus what does not work, how they will fail, become afraid that God will punish them by being bad, how guilty they feel by eating chocolate and a ton of other things.

Why not use a one size fit all approach?

Its called RBIm, we teach you to focus your brain, and you might not even like it at first, you want to be a free spirit, doing things the right way the way that does not work due to your believe life has a secret and doing small things every day does not work.

I spent 5 months now working my golf swing, its now becoming so good I cant stop smiling. Its work every day, not much but small things every day leads to a lot of bigger things. It can happen to you to unless you want to go out there and think about other things instead of learning to focus that Grey mass of yours?

Once a ___________ now a super hero.
